Step into the embrace of late summer at Roots Haven Farm, a stunning 20-acre sanctuary where the land itself feels like part of the healing. Under the canopy of a beautiful outdoor tent, surrounded by fields, trees, and soft evening air, we invite you to ground, breathe, and realign.

This 90-minute immersion begins with a 30-minute gentle yoga flow to soften the edges of the day. Our movement will be slow, intentional, and accessible—an invitation to come home to your body, settle your nervous system, and prepare your whole self to fully receive what follows.

Then, settle in for a one-hour crystal singing bowl sound healing session. Let the resonant tones wash over you and through you, helping to restore balance on a cellular level. As the sun sets and the sounds carry on the breeze, allow yourself to be held—by the earth, by the sound, and by the present moment.

This is more than a class; it’s a return to the elements, a sacred pause in nature, and an invitation to reconnect with your inner calm.
