Join us for a deeply calming Sound Bath Experience with Lunar Grove Sound — a space to unwind, release stress, and reconnect with yourself.

Let soothing sounds and gentle frequencies wash over you, helping to:
✨ Calm the nervous system
✨ Ease tension & anxiety
✨ Promote deep rest & clarity
✨ Rebalance mind, body & energy
✨A great opportunity to come and enjoy an hour of deep relaxation followed by a soothing herbal tea.
✨We will start with a gentle guided meditation, and have a 45-60 minutes of a relaxing sound journey using Koshi Chimes, drum, gong, singing bowls and other instruments.
