Fiona will then introduce you to the art of tapestry weaving. You'll learn about the materials and the lap loom you'll be working with. Fiona's clear and engaging instructions will ensure you understand the basics before you dive into your project.
Fiona will then show you how to set up your loom and teach you a variety of techniques to add texture and interest to your weaving. From simple weaves to more intricate patterns, you'll have the opportunity to experiment and develop your skills under Fiona's expert guidance.
Now it's time to get creative! You'll create a decorative wall hanging using a variety of weaving techniques and you'll have the opportunity to experiment and develop your skills under Fiona's expert guidance. Materials are all provided, but feel free to bring any interesting yarns or materials you'd like to incorporate into your piece. Fiona will be on hand to offer tips and support to ensure your creation is both unique and beautifully crafted.
