Wealthy Wellness Workshop

Wealthy Wellness is where movement meets mindset. In this 2-hour, small-group retreat you’ll rotate through four experiences designed to build your “body wealth”:

• Aerial Foundations (9 at a time): body awareness, supported inversions, & a short flow with AJ (The Aerialist Therapist).
• Mat Pilates: core + glutes + posture with Davonna Willis (4 Nineteen Education & Training).
• Mindfulness & Breathwork: silk veil fans, stability balls, and nervous-system reset.
• Wellness Chat: Dr. Teresa Ayela-Uwangue demystifies BMI, fueling, and sustainable habits.

Who it’s for: High-achieving professionals (tech, finance, education, legal) seeking nervous-system aware fitness, better posture/core, and practical nutrition

• A repeatable core/mobility sequence you can do anywhere
• A beginner-friendly aerial experience + confidence with the apparatus
• Clear nutrition takeaways to support energy & recovery
• A calmer nervous system and a plan to keep momentum

• Snug top that won’t flip, full-length leggings; no zippers/velcro/jewelry (to protect silks).
• Water bottle, small towel. Mats provided (or bring yours).
  

Aerial may be contraindicated with: recent surgery/injury, uncontrolled high blood pressure, glaucoma, vertigo, or first-trimester pregnancy. If unsure, consult your provider; mobility/Pilates options are available. Ages 18+; waiver required (sent via email).
