What This Group Is

• Peer support with guided discussion
• A place where you don’t have to explain or perform adulthood

What We’ll Talk About

• Feeling behind or unsure about life direction
• Family expectations vs. your own needs
• Relationships, boundaries, and communication
• Anxiety, stress, burnout, and self-doubt
• Identity, independence, and “Who am I now?” moments

What to Expect

• Facilitated by a mental health professional
• Confidential, respectful, and affirming environment
• Come as you are—no pressure to share more than you want
