We Hike to Heal - Clemson, SC, FREE Women's Group Hike

We'll be hiking the Arboretum and Natural Heritage trails at the SC Botanical Gardens which is a 1.5-2.0 mile trail just 30 miles west of Greenville, SC. This is an easy hike with beautiful views. We welcome all fitness levels to join us; the goal is to enjoy the journey, we are never in a race!

Once we reach the halfway point, we'll plan to take a break to catch our breath, enjoy the view and do a little gratitude journaling!

Parking: Free. Turn right from the main entrance and park at the parking area by the Vistor's Center. (We encourage carpooling or public transportation as appropriate.)

Difficulty level/Distance: EASY / 1.5-2.0 mi

Restroom Facilities: Available in the vistor's center and near the main entrance at the Caboose parking lot.

What you will need for this hike:

• Plenty of water to drink! (we recommend at least 1-3 liters)
• Sunblock and/or hat to protect you from the sun
• Comfortable hiking shoes/boots or trail sneakers
• Comfortable moisture wicking clothing - workout clothes work just fine!
• A daypack/backpack to carry all your items
• A towel to sit on if you're uncomfortable sitting on the ground
• Your journal and a pen
