We Are The Medicine: Sacred Women's Circle

Join us for a deeply calming women's circle designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and return to your center. This gathering offers a peaceful, supportive space to step away from the noise of daily life and gently come back to yourself.

During our time together, you'll be guided into stillness as you receive a gentle acupuncture treatment while immersed in a soothing sound journey. This layered experience is designed to support the body in shifting out of a constant "fight or flight" state and into a more restorative "rest and digest" mode-where true healing, balance, and renewal can occur.

We'll also hold space for reflection, integration, and optional sharing in a warm, welcoming circle. There is no pressure to show up in any certain way-simply come as you are.

This is an invitation to soften, receive, and reconnect with your inner steadiness.
