Info: I first discovered yoga when a busy self employed career led to frequent sleepless nights & a total inability to to switch off. Yoga promised, & provided, a calm place away from the constant stream of appointments, emails, calls & questions.

My Calm Place was born during the 2020 lockdown, when life provided so many new & different stressors. Yoga really helped me to get through that time, & I made the decision to train as a teacher. My vision was, & still is, to help others to find their own calm place whenever they need to.

My yoga classes focus on tuning in to what you need in that moment, with an emphasis on slow & gentle movement, relaxation & breathwork.
