Join us at our Nidra & Sound Bath Healing Journey Workshop!

You will be guided by Christina to fully relax in the cocoon position in the silk hammock.
This position will assist you in easing away tension and deeply open the body in a gentle nurturing way.
You will be guided in a lovely Nidra meditation led by Vera. Yoga Nidra is a rejuvenating ‘sleep’ which relaxes the mind and bodily senses, promoting self-awareness in the process.
At the same time you will be immersed in a lovely Soundbath.
It’s called a “Soundbath” because you are being bathed in sound waves that flood all around you.
These sound waves are produced by the lovely crystal singing bowls.
This is one lovely soothing and relaxing session you will not want to miss.
