Seattle Label Wax Thmatique, celebrates its 10th Anniversary at Tractor Tavern on Saturday, July 27, with the LP release party from prodigious Psych-Jazz trio; AFROCOP. Supported by fellow Wax Thmatique label artist, FUNKWAYS (Joel Riccis Deep Funk Ritual), and SOFT RELEASE (Mt Fog and Select Levels, Andy Sells). Vinyl Selectors for the evening are Nathan Womack and Halynn Blanchard.Wax Thmatique digs deep for obscure artists making life-enhancing music. Established in Seattle, WA in 2014 by music producer and intrepid crate-digger Nathan Womack, the label which has released records by Seattle luminaries such as Noel Brass Jr., Select Level, Funkways, Rezin Tooth, and Gel-Solhas expanded its reach to Great Britain (Grandbaby), Germany (Feed LA), and Israel (the Flavors, VuVuVu).
