Meet Qean and Nicola Ballard for their first museum Visual Art Exhibit.Qean Ballard- Artist Bio
Qean Ballard is multidisciplinary visual artist and co-founder of Rudeboyz Artworks, who work explores emotion movement and identity through bold linework, airbrushing, and character driven-storytelling. Rooted in street culture, Qean pulls from his native home of Detroit, Michigan when he draws his characters and style. His work is guided by his philosophy, "No Emotion Just Motion".
You can expect to see their diverse street art styles and multi-medium art pieces reflecting various emotions inspired by their favorite animation. Sometimes your emotions are Inside Out.
Nicola Ballard is a visual artist, creative director and Founder of Rudeboyz Artworks, Consult Medley, CMP and Love Medley Accessories, who work centers around emotional expression but in a more abstract more semi-representational way. Nicola creates worlds that honor vulnerability, love and personal power. Her signature character Lady Love serves as a Messenger and muse. Nicola a Buffalo, New York native mixes her traditional upbringing with a more urban art style.. Her work rooted in the belief that art should be accessible, meaningful and felt, worn and passed down.
