Prize Foundation is throwing open the doors to the 2026 Prize season with a free, high-energy party at Remington Garage (211 Market St) on Thursday, January 15, from 6:00pm to 8:30pm. This will be a night to celebrate talent, spark connections, and set the stage for a groundbreaking year of creativity. The entire community is invited to attend.
The evening will celebrate the kickoff of Louisiana Film Prize 2026. Louisiana Film Prize is a short film competition based in Shreveport that invites filmmakers from all over the country to come to Caddo Parish and create a short film to compete for a mind blowing $50,000 cash grand prize. Filmmakers, actors, crew, and those seeking entry into the film industry are encouraged to attend this free event to network with area creatives and professionals who can help elevate those looking to join the film industry.
Throughout the night, this Prize party will have vibrant lighting, music, and photo opportunities — plus there will be a cash bar and a local food truck to enjoy! Join us on January 14th to celebrate the creativity, collaboration, and community that define the Prize Foundation.
