WAVES - Memory Writing

Every month, we come together to share stories of our loved ones, reminiscing about the memories and experiences that surround our loss. In addition to these monthly gatherings, we are setting aside time to write our memories together as a community.

We will provide writing prompts to gently guide these memories onto the page. We understand that it can sometimes feel overwhelming to recall memories that may seem distant or vague. There's no pressure to have a multitude of stories ready; we are here together, supporting each other on this journey through our relationships and experiences of loss.

During this event, we won't be sharing our writings or memories; instead, you'll have the opportunity to share them at the subsequent Waves storytelling session.
