Planning Meals and Snacks for Early Learning and Childcare Providers

Join AHS dietitians for a FREE and interactive 1.5-hour online session to:

• Review educators' and childrens' roles in feeding
  
• Learn how to plan meals and snacks using Canada’s food guide including how much food to offer
  
• Share meal and snack ideas with other program providers and start working on a menu planning template for your center
  
• Learn where to find online resources including healthy recipe ideas

This class is intended for Albertan Early Learning and Child Care Educators.

The class will not be recorded. Other participants will be able to see your name during the session. If you prefer, you may use only your first name or choose a different name when joining. Your video will be off unless you choose to share it.
