The Wave Awards was created by the Pleasure Island Chamber of Commerce as a celebration of businesses, partnerships and people creating a wave of positive impact on our community.The evening will feature a festive cocktail hour with light bites and signature cocktails at kindred Wedding and Events in Carolina Beach. The awards ceremony follows. You'll get a chance to see the impact our honorees have made and help us celebrate them with a custom Wave Award. Tapas-style dinner will be served. Dancing is encouraged!

The gala, a relaxed coastal celebration, will be held on November 14th at kindred Wedding and Events in Carolina Beach. The Chamber thanks kindred as the venue sponsor for this inaugural event. Tickets are $65 and can be purchased from the Chamber of Commerce. A cocktail hour, followed by recognition of the honorees, dinner and dancing are all on the menu for this festive evening. The honorees are chosen by a Blue-Ribbon Panel comprised of business owners, public officials, and chamber members.
