Join us for an evening of yoga, meditation, and sound healing, enhanced by a microdose tea. The event will begin with a brief educational session on microdosing, followed by a gentle yoga practice, fusing, restorative yoga, and vagus nerve activation. The practice will then transition into a guided meditation, and conclude with an hour-long sound healing session featuring chimes, Tibetan bowls, medicine drum, crystal singing bowls, flute, and three gongs. The microdose tea will be gifted, while the ticket price covers the cost of the yoga, guided meditation, and sound healing practice. Please note that the event is open to those 21 years and older, and that microdosing is not advised for individuals with a personal history of schizophrenia or those taking certain medications.
