Let's listen deeply to what is happening within the body, the mind, and the spirit, as we become the observer of our internal landscape. Expanding our viewpoint from what is happening in front of us, to what is happening beyond this field of awareness. Using our breath as an anchor to fully feel and understand what stillness brings forth, while being curious to the sensations and stories that bubble up. May we allow the internal waters to be cleansed through conscious breath and movement, and for the sacred vibrations to enhance and invigorate circulation. We with gather on a Gemini Cancer moon, inviting us the bring calm to the overthinking mind, and to reconnect with our truth, to nourish ourselves.

Danielle will open the class with Microdosing education. Before drinking the microdose tea, we will set intentions for our practice. The medicine will allow us to gain a deeper connection to MINDBODY and spirit. Satya will guide us through the gentle yoga, practice, fusing, restorative yoga and vagus nerve activation. We will expand into a guided meditation and complete our journey with an hour sound healing session. You will be enveloped in healing tones of chimes, Tibetan bowls, medicine drum, crystal singing bowls, flute and three gongs: Neptune, Niribu, and Anahata Deep Gong.

*If you have a personal history of schizophrenia microdosing is not advised because it can cause more harm than good.

*If you are currently taking lithium or tramadol it is not advisable to microdose. Mixing these can cause seizures.

*If you are currently on an SSRI SNRI or MAOI please be aware of the potential of serotonin syndrome. While microdosing with psilocybin mushrooms this is extremely rare but still important to be educated about
