Always FREE, the Waterloo Urban Farmers Market is a great place to gather with friends and family every Saturday morning 8:00am-Noon, from May through October. Located at the RiverLoop Expo Plaza in Downtown Waterloo, the market offers a vibrant atmosphere with local farmers and small businesses showcasing an array of fresh fruits and veggies, plants, flowers, home-baked treats, prepared foods, honey, eggs, handmade art & crafts, and much more!In addition to shopping, visitors can enjoy FREE children's activities and a family-friendly environment. The market also hosts lots of special events and themes throughout the season, including Street Markets, Seed Giveaway, Pet Pals at the Market, Play Days, National Farmers Market Week celebrations, Sweet Corn Day, International Dot Day, and Trick-or-Treating/Halloween markets.
