🖌️ Enjoy being creative with transparent watercolors! Linda Benson’s hands-on teaching technique allows you to create along with her in the classroom, whether you are learning something new or refreshing your skills.
You will master brush techniques, color theory, perspective, gradients, and composition. Each week features a new lesson complete with reference handouts, tricks that aren't in the book, and secrets for a successful painting.
🎨 Supplies Needed:
+ 6 Primary transparent watercolor tubes: any Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Violet (Look for transparent tubes like Daniel Smith, Holbein, Windsor Newton, or QoR - not opaque or round cakes)
+ Watercolor brushes: Round and flat assortment, including a 1-inch flat brush
+ 140 lb. Watercolor paper or block (11x14) (Arches recommended; Strathmore 140 lb. stock is OK)
+ Watercolor palette tray with cover
+ 2 water cups
