Learn the basics of watercolor painting from an accomplished local artist.
Topics covered will be:
• Basic watercolor paint application
• Brushwork techniques; students will create swatches with their own watercolors
• Color Theory: Understanding color basics
Students will learn the important principles of watercolor while working on fun projects based on photo reference they bring to class.
The instructor will also have some reference material available for students to use.
