Water Wonders - Filter Fun - Junior Garden Club

Join us The Garden Club of Elizabethtown at the library for Water Wonders: Filter Fun, an engaging, hands-on science program designed for children aged 6–13! Attendees will transform into junior water engineers as they learn about the importance of clean water and the process of filtration. Using simple materials like cotton balls, sand, and gravel, kids will build their own multi-layered water filters inside clear plastic bottles to clean a jar of simulated "dirty water," gaining a tangible understanding of how nature and water treatment plants remove pollutants, all while encouraging valuable lessons in conservation.
