Water & Air: A Breathwork Journey

Join us at Tala Beach for an immersive breathwork experience designed to calm the mind, open the body, and reconnect you with your natural rhythm. Kira will guide guests through gentle breathing techniques, a euphoric breathwork sequence, and a full-body meditation, all supported by a curated headphone soundscape.

This elemental journey blends grounding, presence, and deep relaxation — inviting you to soften, reset, and return to center by the ocean.
