The full day workshop will offer a well-rounded introduction to both federal grant writing and grant management, equipping participants with practical tools and guidance to strengthen their approach to securing and managing funding. The workshop sessions include a mix of presentations, group discussion, and interactive activities focused on key concepts, strategies for success, and lessons learned across the full grant lifecycle. Attendees will gain insight into best practices, common challenges, and ways to position their projects and organizations for long-term impact.
