Developed by a Grandmaster in the U.S. and structured by the European Defence Lab for lessons, this program is a powerful mix of Krav Maga and Kickboxing. It’s designed to teach real-world self-defense while improving your resilience in high-pressure situations. This demo day gives you a taste of what the full program offers while fostering connections with others.
