EXPRESSIVE ART WORKSHOP "Vision 2025: Shaping the Future"

We are pleased to welcome you to the first Help HeaArt_Creative Workshop of 2025, which will take place on Saturday, February 1, 2025, at Nivon Rotterdam.

Let’s envision 2025 through a transformative and inspiring process. This workshop will help you unlock your creativity through mindfulness, reflective writing, and an inspiring presentation. You will have time for art-making using various mediums such as collage, painting, mixed media, etc. Participants are welcome to choose different techniques and materials that resonate with them.

The main goal is to enjoy the creative process and disconnect from the distractions of daily life. It’s important to take time for ourselves to reflect, relax, and recharge.
This workshop will leave you feeling refreshed and help you see life from a more positive perspective.

No artisic background is required.
