Isabel is a licensed acupuncturist practicing in Northern Virginia and Maryland. She brings an embodied and spiritual approach to her work with patients and never tires of seeing the profound healing power of Chinese medicine create meaningful change in their lives. With roots in the local sustainable agriculture movement, some of her favorite topics are nutrition, seasonality, and our connection to the natural world.

Giselle of GG Empowers LLC is a trauma-informed, Buddhist, multi-disciplinary artist, facilitator, and healer. She loves creating unique, insightful experiences that bring creativity and wellness together and explore concepts like the inner critic and inner child. Her art forms of choice are healing dance, mindful painting, and sound healing. Using these mediums, she facilitates mindfulness, helping others strengthen their meditative practice, while also promoting more play and rest for adults.
