WAN 2026 and Adopt-a-Street Cleanups

Please join the Woodburn Association of Neighbors for our 2026 bi-monthly cleanups! Help your neighbors make Woodburn a safe, clean, and welcoming community for everyone!
We will meet in the upper Whitemoore Park parking lot (behind Mario's Fishbowl) at 10AM on the third Saturday of March, May, July, and September (at least). These cleanups are part of our ongoing Adopt-a-Street participation where we pick up litter along Richwood and Charles Avenues. However, as usual, we use these opportunities to also clean up Whitemoore Park and its trails.
Our cleanups are family-friendly and are a great way for kids to take an active role in making a difference in the community. They're also a great way to meet and talk with others in the neighborhood.
We will have supplies on hand such as gloves, trash bags, grabber tools, etc. but if you would like to bring your own, feel welcome to do so. We do recommend wearing comfortable, sturdy shoes (for walking), pants, and a long-sleeved shirt.
