Join Head Gardener Jan in The Walled Garden at Sledmere, for a stroll and talk about the different types and varieties of beautiful rambling, climbing and shrub Roses that we grow in the gardens. Jan will discuss how we prune, train and care for the Roses to get the best possible displays.
This is a chance to understand the behind-the-scenes work of the Sledmere Gardens Team in the Walled Garden.
The talk lasts approximately 30 minutes, plus time for questions.
Meet at the entrance to The Walled Garden, 5 minutes prior to the start of the talk.
