Daha önce başarıyla ve yoğun katılımla biten yürüyüş projemizi, Türk toplumundan gelen yoğun talep üzerine farklı bir formatla yeniden başlatıyoruz..

Move and Muse: Londra Merkez de Tarihle Yürüyüş, London Advocacy ve Human Rights Solidarity tarafından birlikte yürütülen bir topluluk yürüyüş ve destek projesidir. Bu projede amacımız, katılımcılara Londra'nın tarihi ve kültürel zenginliklerini keşfetme fırsatı sunarken, aynı zamanda fiziksel ve zihinsel sağlıklarını iyileştirmeyi, yeni beceriler öğrenmeyi, yerel toplumla daha güçlü bağlar kurmalarını ve Life in the UK sınavındaki konulara aşinalık sağlamayı amaçlamaktayız.

Bu projede, uzman rehberimizle İngiliz Tarihini öğrenmeyi ve belirli aralıklılarla yürüyüş aktiviteleri düzenlemeyi amaçlamaktayız.

London Advocacy & Human Rights Solidarity Move and Muse-Walking Through History in Central London Community Walking and Support Project is a new community project that aims to provide well-being support to refugees, asylum seekers and immigrants in London.

In this project, we organize regular walking activities, including interactive learning sessions about British History.

Our project provides an opportunity for participants to be more active in regular sports and be hiking-trained to be able to hike in the city in confidence and safety.

The project provides the necessary training and resources to the beneficiaries joining the programme. Participants will benefit from supervised hiking and safety training and will continue to hike independently later in their lives.

Our sessions will create a safe opportunity to become more active. In addition, we will turn our sports activity into a history lesson via our invited speakers. It will be a fun way to get in their walking session and learn about the history of this fascinating country. They will be provided short readings before sessions and spend time discussing along the route. Participants learn about the main milestones of UK History.

Participants will make friends among their peers and will become involved in the community. This will help their emotional well-being in addition to their physical well-being with reduced inactivity and obesity.

The project will bring sustainable benefits to society as a whole as we tackle existing structural inequalities and reduce the future impact of social issues and disengagement for immigrant communities.
