Karen Farrell is a Speaking Mentor and founder of Speaker Ready. She helps women step into their voice, own the room and communicate with power, clarity and heart. With a blend of expertise and warmth, Karen supports women to speak with confidence and to be truly heard.

Alex Standley is a Style & Identity Strategist, Speaker, and Sustainable Fashion Consultant with over 20 years' experience in the fashion industry, including 15 as a Fashion Buyer for global brands including Marks & Spencer and Amazon, managing multi-million pound product collections.
Alex helps trailblazing women use style as a strategic tool. Leaders, founders, and creatives who are ready to be seen not for what they wear, but for who they are.
Most style advice starts with the clothes. Alex starts with you. Through her Style Identity Method using unique modalities like Human Design and Astrology, she gets clear on who you are at your best and how you want to be seen, then translates that into a way of dressing that actually fits the woman wearing it.
The result is a style that reflects your identity and carries the confidence, presence and legacy you're building.
After speaking on the TEDx stage, being featured in Forbes, and navigating her own shift from corporate leader to purpose-led entrepreneur, Alex knows first-hand what it takes to step into a new chapter with authenticity and presence.

In this session, you'll discover why real style starts with your identity, not your wardrobe, and why that's the difference between clothes that sit in your wardrobe unworn, and a style as a strategic tool, that feels completely you.
When what you wear matches who you actually are, getting dressed stops being a daily negotiation, and you're experienced in every room exactly as you want to be.
Expect a warm, energising session that brings this to life in the room, including a live colour demonstration with one or two volunteers from the room. You'll leave seeing your style, and yourself, with fresh eyes.
