Designed for the over 50's, but open to all ages, walking Rugby is a non-contact, modified version of rugby union designed for individuals of all abilities and ages. It emphasises walking, two-handed touch instead of tackling, and passing the ball backwards or laterally. The game aims to be inclusive, fun, and promote physical and mental well-being. Come and join us at Lady Bay Sports Club, home of Nottingham Corsairs and Nottingham Rugby, for some fun and to get moving!
