East Midlands Bricks Awards 2025

The East Midlands Bricks Awards is back for 2025, marking 10 years of celebrating the region's property and construction industry.

The East Midlands Bricks Awards, organised by East Midlands Business Link Magazine, is an independent awards and publicity programme recognising development projects and people in commercial and public property across the region – from offices, industrial and residential, through to community projects such as leisure schemes, schools and public spaces. We also highlight the work of architects, agencies and those behind large schemes.

The annual awards are split into 10 categories covering every aspect of the property sector, along with an 11th award for 'Overall Winner' of the event. These categories and the awards will celebrate the achievements and standards set by both companies and individuals in the East Midlands region.

Winning one of these prestigious awards will add considerably to a company’s or individual’s brand and enhance their commercial reach significantly. A specially selected judging panel will pick winners and be celebrated at a special awards evening and networking event held on Thursday 2nd October in the Derek Randall Suite at the Trent Bridge Cricket Ground from 4:30pm - 7:30pm, including time for networking with decision makers in the local region over nibbles and complementary drinks.
