Walking in the footsteps of Buddha: Weekend Guided Retreat

Do you want to have the best year in 2025?! To develop inner wisdom, a warm and loving mind, and the happiness of inner peace? There is no better way than to start the year than with some meditation retreat, accessing the natural clarity and spaciousness of your own mind and becoming more focused and happy.

This retreat will be guided by an expert meditation Kadampa Buddhist nun, Gen Kelsang Chenma, and she will lead you in meditations that are a perfect introduction to a special cycle of meditations that is the main body of our Kadampa Buddhist tradition — Lamrim, or the stages of the path. During this weekend retreat you will learn how to meditate on Lamrim, a special presentation of all Buddha's 84,000 teachings, and be guided through several meditations. By the end of the weekend, you will be confident to set up your own daily meditation practice but you will also feel confident meditate on all of Buddha's teachings through Lamrim meditation.

Everyone is welcome, no prior experience necessary.
