Join us for our summer Walking Group series every Tuesday and Thursday at 8:00 a.m.! We’ll meet in the yoga space and enjoy a refreshing walk around the ITWW neighborhood. This is a relaxed, social way to get moving, meet others, and start your morning with good energy.
