Every first Sunday of the month. ‘Walking For Wellness’ will be part of our lovely pub. The idea is, to get outdoors in groups, to enjoy our beautiful surrounding countryside, whilst revitalising our minds with the idyllic scenery. Walks will be lead by our very own James, who walks all over the Calderdale Valley. It has helped him to overcome agoraphobia and other mental health issues. We will have a first aider Persia, onboard, to join us in our little escapades. The next walk will be the delightful Rochdale Canal… Sowerby Bridge to Brearley and back. So, hopefully not too taxing on people who are new to walking. Suitable footwear will be needed. 🥾
Meet at The Sore Bee at 1PM, to return back, after a lovely walk, for refreshments. 😊 🍻
