Come along and join us for a lovely slow walk in nature and have a chat with the staff and other parents.
This is for all expectant parents and families with children under 2.
Past, new and existing families welcome.
Going for walks has numerous benefits on your physical and mental wellbeing. These include improved cardiovascular health, stress reduction, increased energy and improved sleep, making it a simple yet effective way to improve overall well-being.
We will meet by the main cafe before going for a walk.
