👶 About the Course:
Time Out For Parents – The Early Years is a 6-session course developed by the national charity Care for the Family. Delivered locally by Hope for Families, this course is designed to support parents and carers of under-5s in navigating the joys and challenges of early childhood.
Over 6 weekly sessions, we’ll help you build confidence and strong foundations for your relationship with your child. Sessions are led by trained facilitators – parents and carers just like you – who share their real experiences (and a few laughs) along the way.
Worried about childcare? We’ve got it covered! A crèche will be available.
