The Purpose

The purpose of this walk is to encourage exercise and promote a healthy lifestyle. We want you to feel comfortable asking a healthcare provider any questions or sharing any concerns about your health. Our goal is also to teach you how to be an advocate for your well-being by adopting simple, healthy habits that can extend your life. During the walk, you’ll have the opportunity to engage with both a cardiologist and a podiatrist.

Dr. Patricia Davidson

Cardiologist

Dr. Patricia Davidson has provided cardiovascular services to the Washington, D.C., region for over 40 years. Her practice specializes in life-saving procedures and emphasizes patient involvement in promoting healthy lifestyles through diet and exercise.

Dr. Mark H. Coleman

Anesthesiology, Interventional Pain Medicine

Dr. Coleman joined National Spine & Pain Centers in 1999. While at Johns Hopkins Medical School, Dr. Coleman won a distinction from the National Institutes of Health for research on the pharmacologic manipulation of nerve transmission.

His current work involves minimally invasive treatments for herniated lumbar discs and spinal stenosis. Through FDA-sanctioned research, Dr. Coleman is able to offer cutting-edge, non-surgical treatments to his spinal pain patients.
