Join us for Walk with a Doc and take a STEP toward better health!

This group meets every Saturday at 8:30 AM all year round!

Walk Location:

Highbanks Metro Park – 9466 Columbus Pike, Lewis Center, OH 43035. When you see the sign for the Big Meadows Picnic Area, turn left and drive to the 3rd shelter house with its own parking lot. Click here for a map.

Grab a pair of comfortable shoes and meet us at the park every Saturday morning for Walk with a Doc – a free community walking program! Each event is led by a local healthcare provider and is open to people of all ages and abilities. The program allows participants to safely take a walk, learn about current health topics, and meet new people. We hope to see you at our next walk!

The Walk with a Doc program was started right here in Columbus, OH in April of 2005 by Dr. Sabgir and has now expanded throughout the world. You don’t need any special gear and there are no special rules. Just put on a pair of comfortable shoes and join us for a walk!
