Looking for a fun, easy way to boost your health and meet new people? Walk with a Doc is a free community walking program open to all ages and fitness levels. Our next walk will be led by Dr. Michele Selsor, D.P.M, who will share helpful insights on a current health topic before we hit the trail.

Whether you’re a power walker or just starting out, you can walk at a pace and distance that feels right for you. Walking is one of the best ways to support both your physical and mental well-being!
