This special Walk With a Doc Boise session highlights the connection between health, nature, and Latinocommunity leadership in conservation. We’ll begin with a brief health topic, warmup stretches, and then enjoy a relaxed, family‑friendly walk focused on movement, connection, and appreciation of our localoutdoor spaces. All ages and fitness levels are welcome.
Join us for Walk with a Doc – a free community bilingual walking program! Led by a local physician and is open to people of all ages and abilities. The program allows participants to safely take a walk, learn about current health topics, and meet new people. We hope to see you at our next walk!
Family & ADA friendly. Walkers of all skill levels or no skill, assistivewalking devices, wheelchairs and strollers welcomed. We use thegreenbelt in a circuit that is well kept by the city. Participants can walkthe length and speed they prefer without judgement. This is great for beginners and those that want to support beginners.
What to Bring: Comfortable walking shoes. Weather‑appropriate
clothing. Water bottle.
