Walk + Talk: Men’s Mental Health Edition
This Men’s Mental Health Month, join us for a morning of movement, connection, and real conversation.
We’ll begin at Soho House Greek Street, where you’ll meet like-minded men before heading out on a relaxed group walk nearby. The walk is designed to spark honest conversation around the everyday challenges of mental health and wellbeing — because strong doesn’t mean silent.
Afterwards, we’ll return to Greek Street for coffee, light bites and an open discussion, creating a safe and supportive space for men to share experiences, break stigma and remind each other we’re not alone.
