Join us for a Walk into Wellness, a rejuvenating event that blends a peaceful nature walk with a calming guided meditation. Begin your day with a serene stroll through the beautiful natural surroundings of San Angelo's Concho River, allowing the sights and sounds of nature to soothe your mind. During our walk back to our starting point, we will enjoy a guided moving meditation session to deepen your sense of peace and well-being.
Whether you are new to meditation or experienced, this event offers a supportive environment for all. Reconnect with yourself and nature, and leave feeling refreshed and revitalized!
12:00pm Meet at The Bosque Park | 330 S. Irving St.
I will be waiting in the parking lot in a Brown Tundra truck.
12:10pm Nature Walk + Guided Meditation
We will walk along the river trail about 15 mins. As we return to our starting point, we will do a short moving meditation, while walking (don’t worry, it’s eyes-open).
12:45pm Reflection
Back to our starting point, we will have a few minutes for sharing a reflection from our walk.
TO WEAR/BRING:
👟 Comfortable walking shoes and clothes to be comfortable to move in; we will moving a slow pace and staying on the river walk trail. Check the weather to see if you need to bring a jacket or a layer.
⚠️If the forecast is 49 degrees or below, or other inclement weather conditions, the walk will be rescheduled to the next month. Be sure to check this Facebook event before you leave to confirm we are meeting.
