�WALK-IN WEDNESDAYS are here�Starting June 25th, I’ll be offering in-person, walk-in sessions every Wednesday from 9AM to 12PM at Seacoast Listening Lounge at the Holistic Health Hive (380 Lafayette Rd., Hampton, NH).
These 20-minute sessions are for when:
� you need to verbally smash something out
� you’re spiraling and just need someone to listen
� life happened and you don’t want to wait for an appointment
� you’ve been curious and want to check it out before booking
� Pay what you can. Listening should be accessible—for everyone. Whether you’re barely holding it together or leading a team of 100, this space is for you.
This isn’t therapy. It’s a place to release, reflect, and reset.
� First come, first served—I’ll do my best to squeeze everyone in.
