About this Event
Discover the transformative power of a simple yet profound practice in our upcoming guided meditation event. This practice will help you explore how gratitude can significantly enhance your sense of joy and overall well-being, grounded in both ancient wisdom and modern scientific research. All welcome, no prior meditation experience required. Encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and while not required, invited to bring yoga mat, bolster, or meditation pillow.
Hosted by Kat Hickey, MEd Mental Health Counseling with concentrations in trauma and addiction from Cambridge College, B.A. from University of Pennsylvania, and certification in Applied Positive Psychology. Kat has 10 years of experience cultivating joy, harnessing strengths, and partnering in positive change to help people align their lives with their personal values via holistic modalities.
