Living with pain can feel isolating, but it doesn't have to be. I'm extremely passionate about the benefits of a daily walk - especially when movement feels challenging. Walking not only promotes physical health but also offers a healthy way to connect with like-minded people who truly understand what it’s like to live with pain.

That’s why I’m excited to launch Walk & Talk Through Pain Together, a weekly group walk in the beautiful surroundings of Poole Park. Whether you’re looking for a safe space to share, a supportive community, or just some fresh air and movement, this is for you.

Here’s what you need to know:

• Walks take place every Tuesday and Wednesday at Poole Park at 9am.
• All abilities and ages are welcome.
• Four-legged friends are invited too!
