Welcome to The Mummy Circle
Motherhood is beautiful, but it can also be overwhelming.
The Mummy Circle is a supportive maternal mental health group designed for mums navigating the first year with their little ones. Babies under 1 are warmly welcome.
Led by experienced therapist and mental health nurse Leanne Grossett of Harbour Wellbeing, this group offers a safe space to share, reflect, and connect with others who truly understand.
Whether you’re looking for emotional support, meaningful discussion, or simply a moment of calm in good company, you’ll find it here.
Come as you are — you and your baby will be met with understanding, compassion, and community.
