Walk & Talk Berlin #6: Walking and Coaching

This event is a new monthly in-person series exploring how movement, reflection, and conversation can support learning and connection within the coaching community.

Overview

Walking often opens space for fresh thinking.

Join us for the sixth edition of Walk & Talk, an invitation to slow down, walk together, and reconnect.

On August 26th, we will meet in Mauerpark, Berlin, for a relaxed 60-minute walk. The idea is simple: step away from screens, walk side by side, and allow ideas and conversations to unfold naturally.

Following our exploration of silence, this session will turn to the practise of walking and coaching: what becomes possible when coaching moves out of the chair and into motion?

Together, we will experiment with pace, direction, distance, pauses, and walking side by side, noticing how movement and environment can influence thinking, presence, and partnership.

Come with an open mind, curiosity, and a willingness to experience coaching in motion and explore what walking can add to our practice.

Referentin:

Anita is an Executive & Leadership Coach and a former board member of the Germany Chapter of ICF. She works with leaders and teams to navigate complexity, create clarity, and lead with resilience, purpose, and human-centered leadership.

Her work integrates leadership practice with insights from neuroscience, creative methods, reflection, and embodied thinking. Anita enjoys creating spaces where curiosity, insight, and meaningful connection can unfold.

With the Walk & Talk series, she invites coaches to experiment with a simple but powerful idea: that movement can open new perspectives and mental doors. This pilot is for curious minds who enjoy exploring fresh ways of thinking, connecting, and learning together.
