Come and join us at the Woodland Reset for some grounding, conscious, connecting & mindful time in nature to reconnect and re-wild yourself! wrap up warm, this will blow away those cobwebs and restart your week ahead..
This is the last of the 2024 and a real treat Woodland Reset is an event where we go out in to a beautiful woodland and connect back to ourselves and nature. through mindfulness, meditation, we truly re-wild ourselves and connect to the wild inside.
The session will take place on Sun 1st Dec at 11am, the walk is about 1hour 30mins in total, we dive in to reconnecting to nature with our root chakra, after a peaceful 15 mins of reconnection we head to the local pub for a glass of mulled wine/Vino, or swap out for a coffee and cake, it also includes intention setting..
