Join us for a relaxing and inspiring Vision Board Workshop led by Ria, a qualified BA Hons integrative psychotherapist.
This 2-hour session begins with a 30-minute guided meditation to center your mind and focus your intentions, followed by 90 minutes of creative vision board making! 💕All materials are provided, so you can just come as you are. 🫶🏻
Refreshments, including tea, coffee, and snacks, are available throughout the session. ☕️
